Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales for BRESH DUBAI on Saturday 19 September 2026 are final. We do not refund or exchange tickets because of a change of plans, travel problems, illness, arriving after the 1:00 AM arrival cut-off, being refused entry for failing ID or dress-code requirements, or being removed from the venue for breaching the terms of entry.

Guests must arrive before 1:00 AM; after that, entry is not guaranteed. A dress code applies — elegant, night-out attire, no sportswear or flip-flops — and the door reserves the right to refuse entry. Tickets are not refundable in either case.

• The event is cancelled — you receive a 100% refund of the ticket price to the original payment method.
• The event is rescheduled — your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement and we refund in full.
• A duplicate or accidental double charge — refunded in full once verified.
• We oversell in error and cannot admit you — refunded in full automatically, and we will email you.

A table deposit is applied against your minimum spend on the night. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Cancel more than 7 days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full. If the event is cancelled, deposits are refunded in full.

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the card used at checkout, in AED. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not refund to a different card or by cash.

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your pass to someone else from your pass page. The new guest's name replaces yours and a new QR code is issued; the old one stops working.
