• Buyer details: full name, email address, mobile number.
• Guest details for each ticket: full name, mobile number, gender, nationality (nationality and gender are collected for door-management and guest-mix purposes).
• Order data: tickets bought, price paid in AED, discount or promoter code, payment status.
• Marketing attribution: the promoter code and UTM parameters in the link you arrived through.
• Door data: the date and time your pass was scanned at entry.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs and for rate-limiting pass lookups.

• To sell you a ticket, issue your pass and admit you at the door (performance of a contract).
• To manage venue capacity, guest mix and security (legitimate interests).
• To pay promoters correctly and measure our advertising (legitimate interests).
• To send you updates about future La Morenita events — only if you tick the optional marketing box (consent). You can withdraw at any time.

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are never stored by us.
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting for orders, tickets and scans.
• Resend — delivery of your pass and transactional emails.
• Meta, TikTok and Google — advertising and analytics measurement, where those pixels are active.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We only use providers that apply appropriate contractual safeguards.

Order, ticket and scan records are kept for 24 months after the event for accounting, dispute and security purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lamorenitadubai.com with the subject "Data request" and the email or phone number you used at checkout. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests for a ticket that has not yet been used will cancel that ticket.

We use local storage to remember your promoter link and an in-progress checkout. Where advertising pixels are enabled they set their own cookies to measure ticket sales. You can block these in your browser settings without affecting your ability to buy a ticket.
